What are your operating hours?
The Wine Bar is open from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wednesdays to Sundays.
Mondays and Tuesdays the Wine Bar is closed.
What type of service can I expect?
We source exceptional artisanal products and take tremendous pride in selecting and educating ourselves about the wines and food we offer. When you shop or relax onsite, our knowledgeable and friendly staff will ensure you have a great experience. If you shop online, we guarantee you will receive your order as expected and on time. What is your return policy? 100% Satisfied.
We offer a hassle-free return policy on unopened wines within 30 days of the purchase date. A sales receipt must accompany returned goods. We can also arrange an exchange for a wine that better suits you.
If your wine is defective (i.e. corked, maderised) please return it with a sales receipt within 30 days of purchase date for replacement or credit. You must return the defective bottle and its original contents; bottles returned empty will not be replaced. For quality assurance purposes we reserve the right to examine returned goods and ask questions about your experience.
How fast can I expect delivery?
Online orders are delivered to Toronto (M postal code) addresses within 1-2 days. Delivery to addresses outside Toronto is quoted by postal code.
Individuals receiving wine orders must be 19 years of age or older. Age of majority must be verified with qualified government-issued photo ID. A signature is required.
Why do I have to include a food item with my wine purchase?
The liquor laws in Ontario mandate that food must accompany take-away sales of alcohol from licensed bars and restaurants.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For quick convenience use the secure credit card method provided when you check out. We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
