Taste
The first impression is of black fruits and red strawberries. Memories of undergrowth, rosemary and lavender combined with cinnamon and vanilla. The mouthfeel is very subtle, round and unctuous with an excellent balance between acidity and tannins. Very soft sweet tannins, full of nuances with a pleasant long and persistent finish.
