Description
The Boissan estate is located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. One of the oldest vineyards in the region, established in the 17th century, Christian Bonfils is the fifth generation to be leading the estate.
Grown on soils with pebbled terraces and sandy slopes, the grapes from these 25 years old vines are hand harvested. Skins are left to macerate and clarification is done by cold settling. Barrel aging gives the wine complexity and structure.
