Description
The Boissan estate is located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. One of the oldest vineyards in the region, established in the 17th century, Christian Bonfils is the fifth generation leading the estate. Owners Christian and wife Cathy Bonfils come from families of generational wines makers in Burgundy. Together, they have established a reputation for their exceptional wines with tireless efforts in organic farming and sustainable practices in the vineyard.
Fontvive Rosé is produced in their vineyards near Gigondas from 70% Cinsault and 30% Grenache grapes. Fruity and lively with fresh acidity, a wonderful patio sipper or to enjoy by the pool.
