Doulain’s company, Axyon, is the importer and distributor of a selection of high-quality products from fine European brands. The company specializes in caviars, fresh and in-season truffles, truffle products, specialty seafood, cured meats, French escargots, oysters and vanilla. The brand boasts that it offers the best of every category that Europe has to offer.
Nelson Abreu
Nelson, the proprietor of Fine Artisanal Wines & Food, has deep roots in the building at 226 Christie Street, which his family has called home since the early '70s. Nelson also launched his wine agency business there 20 years ago, after spending half a decade in wine production. Known in the industry for his exceptional nose and palate, he occasionally triumphs in competitions, including intimidating blind tasting events. Nelson eagerly anticipates sharing some practical wine & food pairing knowledge with you at this and future events.
