Description The vineyards for Cabernet Sauvignon are located in Lodi California for the most part. Days are warm and the nights cool and breezy which provide great conditions for grapes to thrive. The winemakers choose the best grapes from the lot. The grape must is fermented for 7-9 days in stainless steel tanks and then transferred to French oak barrels for 6-8 months of aging. The focus is to lay emphasis on the fruit and aromatics of the grapes and make wines that can be enjoyed now.
