Taste
Highly complex aromas in this blend of Viognier, Vermentino and Chardonnay. The fruit is tart and ripe pineapple, pear and apricot with underlying floral and herby notes of basil and thyme. There is a wet stone minerality with notes of dried Manuka honey and bitter almond. The wine is dry, medium-bodied with long length, slight bitterness and refreshing acidity.
