Description Mylonas officially came into existance in 2000. The history of the winery stretches back to 1917 where Antonis would make his wines and leave them to ferment in amphorae. Today his grandchildren run the property, with a winemaking philosophy of capturing "The authenticity of taste and the expression of Attica through (our) wines". This Pet Nat wine is 100% Savatiano from 60 year old bush trained vines. The fermentation is finished in the bottle and the wine is aged on the lees for three months before being hand-disgorged.
Taste This delicate, light, dry sparkling wine has aromas of shortbread, lemon and pear that give way to tropical flavours on the palate such as peaches, mango and pineapple.
